Had an amazing experience at Howlin’ Rays! The food was great! But what really made our experience stand out was the customer service! A special shoutout to JAVIER, who went above and beyond. His friendliness and great attitude made the experience so much better than what I’ve experienced at other places. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about making customers feel welcomed and appreciated. Great food + excellent service is a winning combination. Huge thanks to Javier and the Howlin’ Rays team for making our visit such a great one. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Today we visited this place based on a friend’s recommendation, and I wanted to leave an honest review. We came to this fast food restaurant in Pasadena because a friend highly recommended it, and it completely exceeded my expectations. While fast food isn’t the healthiest option, this is honestly some of the best fast food I’ve ever had. If you’re looking to experience fast food at its absolute best, this is the place to go. In my opinion, it’s one of those iconic spots that every tourist should experience. If you’re visiting Los Angeles or anywhere in California, I truly recommend making time to come here. As you can see, the line is always long, and people are willing to wait because it’s absolutely worth it. Even though they’re incredibly busy, everything is managed so efficiently. The staff was outstanding. Khaviar, his wife, whose name I unfortunately can’t remember, and everyone who helped us find a table were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Everything was spotless, well organized, and high quality. I honestly don’t know how to write a review that truly does this place justice. I wish I could give it more than five stars. If I could, I’d give it every star in

The hype is real. Hands down, without a shadow of a doubt, the best fried chicken you will ever have. Honestly it is not even close, so juicy and tender on the inside, and so crispy and packed with flavor on the outside. No idea how they do it but it is life changing fried chicken. The service is also extraordinary, they have umbrellas to protect you from the sun while waiting in line that always extends outdoors. The staff are so charismatic and friendly, and they have an efficient system to seat customers.

First of all, the weight in line is totally worth it. Everyone likes to complain about the lion and it didn’t bother me at all because the food was definitely worth the hype. I ordered two chicken sandwiches one country 1 mile they were both super good size was really hooked up and I got the max salad. That was really good too and the banana pudding was the cherry on top. It was also fire everything about this place was dope the vibe the customer service and they also have beers on tap too The lemonades weren’t bad either so yeah 11 out of 10. I’m definitely coming back a shout out to the crew for making my first time experience worth it. Highly recommend the spot if you want the best chicken sandwich you ever had in your life.

Spicy chicken sandwich places are becoming more and more popular. This one is one of the better ones. Clean facilities. Nice staff. This place offers, complementary distilled water and sparkling water on tap, which is a total bonus. A disco ball in the bathroom. Give this place a tri here in the area. We will definitely be going back..
